• 5 Depending on Complexity

• Wing it unless you want a specific type of background.

Full Background

• 10-20 Depending on Complexity

• Full Background that blends into the image.

Extra Charges+20-30% extra for complex designs/wings or illustration
+50% additional character [Max 3]

__Payment:__

By sending payment, the client agrees to the terms listed in this document.
An invoice will be sent through Paypal via the artist once the terms and commission is accepted.
After approval of the sketch, the client must pay the price discussed with the artist.
Commissions are digital goods. There is no shipment of physical goods from the artist to the client.

__Copyright, Artist Rights and Client Rights:__

Copyright:
Client gives the right to the artist to draw their character. The Character will remain under the clients copyright, but not take away the artist’s copyright of the artwork commissioned.
Artwork done by the artist remains under their copyright.
Client must credit the artist with the appropriate tags and links. Client is allowed to upload the artwork wherever they please.
Commissions are for personal and non-commercial use. Do not redistribute for profit.
Client is allowed to crop the piece for Icons, FA ID’s, etc.
Client is not allowed to crop or erase the watermark of the artist.
Artist does not draw characters who copyright does not fall under clients, if client wishes to commission an art piece (ie. gift art) to a third party, Artist must acquire permission from said third party.
Artist’s Right:
Prices are subject to change in the future.
Artist holds the right to change any or add future terms of service.
Client Rights:
If client has no gotten in contact with artist for a said period, Artist will issue 2 warnings, a week apart each, if client still hasn't replied in said period, Artist holds right to delay the commission.
Artist will notify client on delays of any kind on the commission.
Artist will supply client with T.o.S for transparency reasons. Client is allowed to ask for clarifications over anything written in this document.
By agreeing to the commission, client has accepted T.o.S.

__Commission:__

Client Requirements:
Client is required to have a basic form of reference of said character BEFORE PAYMENT.
Artist holds right to refuse commission if client does not meet the standard terms of agreements. (ie. no reference)
Artist holds right to refuse commission if client reference does not meet standard requirements. (ie. undefined design)
Commission Wait Time:
Artist commission take up to 3 weeks to two month for completion.
The artist has the right to delay the commission for any reason (illness, accidents, emergencies, etc.).
The artist will contact any client through journals or via directly if said changes occur.
Edits:
Once the sketch is approved, the client has no right to call for edits, any edits the client requests will be charged extra on top of the commission.
Commission Completion:
Upon completion, the client will receive the following: 3 folders, 2 containing the full resolution of said commission, with one being watermarked respectively. The last folder will contain a watermarked smaller resolution version, for uploading publically on sites. (Ideal if commissioner doesn’t wish to have their commission stolen)
Client may request an extra transparent/non background version if commission type allows it.
Commission Refunds and Denials:
Artist has full right to deny a commission for any reason without explanations.
If the client wishes to deny the commission. They must contact the artist beforehand to have an agreement discussed.
Client understands that the refund date is held by the artist. Any refund without consent of the artist will be disputed via paypal and the artist holds right to blacklist the client.
If the artist denies the clients commission during the process of it, the artist has the right to only partial refund the client for the work they completed based on the percentage of what they worked on.
